1. CONTRACT BETWEEN CUSTOMER V.A.M. d.o.o.
By using these web pages the customer accepts the terms and conditions as well as the information on them. The customer accepts that he/she will not use the information obtained here for forbidden or unlawful purposes or activities. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you are asked not to use these web pages.


2. USE OF INFORMATION AND PRIVACY PROTECTION
V.A.M. d.o.o. respects and safeguards your privacy. During the business process we shall use the information necessary to carry out the booking as well as the information related to your travel. The information that will be used is that provided by you of your own free will. We pledge that we shall not sell, announce or disclose this information to third parties. The collected demographic data will be disclosed to our media partners, to professionals and advertisers and are not related to any personally identifiable details. In order to provide special services, we may cooperate with a third party. A third party will have access to names and other contact details necessary to provide the requested services only when the customer registers for these services. A third party is not allowed to use personal information except for the purpose of providing the requested services. The information will be used in compliance with the privacy policy that was valid at the time when that information was collected. If you notice that V.A.M. d.o.o. has not complied with these principles or if you have any other objection with regard to our business process, you may inform us at info@kvarner-touristik.com and we shall make a maximum, economically acceptable, effort to investigate and rectify the irregularities promptly.


3. BOOKING ENQUIRY
During the booking process the user of our web pages is asked to complete a booking enquiry containing some contact details (names, telephone number and home address  and e-mail address). These details are used solely for the purpose of contacting the customer. They will be used by and will be accessible to partners only, i.e. contractors, like hotels and agents, in order to deliver documents and carry out the services. Information relating to payment is under special protection and will only be accessible to banks or credit card companies in order to authorize the payment.

We use IP addresses in order to analyze trends, to process webpages, to track customer flow and collect wider demographic data. IP addresses are not related to any personally identifiable information whatsoever.

If a customer's personal details (like the post code) have changed or if he/she does not wish to use our services any longer, we make it possible for the customer to amend, up-date or remove his/her personal details that are in our possession.

In the event that we decide to change our privacy policy, the information will be published on our home page so that the customers may always be informed about the information we collect, the way we use it and under what conditions, if there are any, we disclose it. If at any time we should decide to use personal information in a way different from that stated at the moment that the information was collected, we shall notify the customers via e-mail. The customers will be in a position to approve or not of our use of that information in a new manner. The information will be used in accordance with the privacy policy valid at the time the information was collected.
